【代表ブログ】Concept再確認の1日 ~【President Blog】A day of reconfirming the concept

　宝ものは、社会福祉法人としてしっかりと福祉をやるんだってことです。治療→療育→教育→福祉と流れは続きます。誰もが子どもから青年、大人、老人へと繋がる道筋です。
"Takaramono" is that as a social welfare corporation, we do our best to provide welfare.The flow continues as treatment → rehabilitation → education → welfare.It is a path that connects everyone from children to young adults to adults to the elderly.

　そして、「人、もの、金」について、TASUCは最も大事にしているのは「人」になります。「もの」は教材教具が当面の見える「もの」です。しっかりとPDCAシートを作り込んでいきます。その先にはAIを使った先人たちの脳の再現があります。臨床家は、自分の脳を使って実践知を貯めていきます。それが専門技です。しかしその人が死ねば脳は朽ち、あの世に持って行ってしまう。それを残すのがTASUCの使命でもあります。
Regarding "people, things, and money," what TASUC values most is "people.""Things" are teaching materials that can be seen for the time being.We will thoroughly create a PDCA sheet.Beyond that, we will be able to recreate the brains of our predecessors using AI.Clinicians use their brains to accumulate practical knowledge.That's the specialty.However, when that person dies, their brain rots and is taken with them to the afterlife.It is TASUC's mission to preserve this.

　そこで、J☆sKeps™アセスメントの記録用紙をデータベース化し、そこから結ぶ教材教具のステップ、その効果測定、その後の展開、そして事例の予後などを集計していきながら、科学的根拠に基づいた“見立て”ができると思っています。
Therefore, we created a database of the J☆sKeps™ assessment record sheets, compiled information on the steps of teaching materials, their effectiveness measurements, subsequent developments, and case prognosis based on scientific evidence.

TASUCは福祉もする。
TASUC also provides welfare services.

　今日は、職員研修があり、記念すべき第一歩の日でした。社会福祉法人宝もの、施設長の渡邊倫の真骨頂が発揮され、構造化を中心にして、利用者が豊かな生活の構築に近づいていることが手に取るように分かりました。「ありがとう」の一言です。
Today was the day of staff training and a memorable first step.At the social welfare corporation Takaramono, the director of the facility, Satoru Watanabe, was able to demonstrate his true character, and it was clear to see that, with a focus on structuring, the users were getting closer to building a fulfilling life.I just want to say "thank you" to him.

ずっと一緒だよ！という心構え

　大澤さんをはじめ、多くの方のコメントをもらいました。そこでは、決意表明もあったように思います。障害がある人と共に歩む、一貫性と継続性のある支援体制を築くには熱量が必要だと肝に銘じたいと思います。僕はその中心的人物ですから誰にも負けないですよ。
We received comments from many people, including Mr. Osawa.I think there was also a statement of determination. I would like to keep in mind that it takes passion to build a consistent and continuous support system that works alongside people with disabilities.I'm the central figure, so I won't lose to anyone.　

　発表中にあった、家族から知人、地域の3エリアの分析図は良かったですね。2層目を厚くしたいと、渡邊先生から教授がありました。ノルディック家族会などで地域のボランティアや同級生などを紹介しながら、層を厚くする取り組みに進みましょう。
The analysis diagram of the three areas from family to acquaintances and local area that was shown during the presentation was good.Mr.Watanabe told us that he wanted to make the second layer thicker. Take steps to deepen your network by introducing local volunteers and classmates at events such as Nordic Family Association.

　日常生活動作（ADL）の介助量を評価する方法である、FIM（Functional Independence Measure）については、押さえておきたいですね。
