~【President Blog】Assessment license test~
先週日曜、2月11日、大事な検定テストを実施しました。
Last Sunday, February 11th, we conducted an important certification test.
今回は、佐藤歌恋、城日菜子、竹内美貴、河野さおりの順で指名しました。4人とも優秀で驚きましたが、それぞれ個性があったことは最も重要なことです。
This time, we have nominated Karen Sato, Hinako Jo, Miki Takeuchi, and Saori Kono in that order.I was surprised that all four of them were excellent, but the most important thing was that each of them had their own individuality.
TASUCのアセスメントライセンス保持者は、個性豊かで、多少の?性格的偏りは享受しつつも、一貫性と継続性のある支援体制を築くという信念は揺らぎません。そういう者しかトライさせませんから、日曜日に会って話すことは代表になって良かったな、と心底思う時間です。
TASUC's assessment license holders are unique individuals, with some personality biases, but an unwavering belief in building a consistent and ongoing support system.Only those kinds of people can take on the challenge, so when I meet and talk with them on Sunday, it's a moment when I truly feel glad to be the representative.
また、なぜか皆(歴代)、涙ぐむ者もおりますが、かなりの決意でやってくるのだから情けないけど仕方ありません。
Also, for some reason, everyone (from the past) has had some tears in their eyes, but it can't be helped, although it's pathetic because they all came with great determination.
·スタッフには、療育というスペシャリスト養成から育った者が多いため、早々に成人以降の支援に視点を広げる必要がある
Many of our staff members have been trained as specialists in therapy, so we need to quickly expand our perspective to include support for adults and beyond.
·一方でジェネラリスト養成から育った者は、キツいかもしれないが専門性を学び直し、刀を研ぐ必要がある
On the other hand, those who have been trained as generalists need to relearn specialized skills and sharpen their swords, although it may be difficult.
·利己を自覚して、モチベーションを高めないと教室や地域は仕切れない。人はそこまで強くない。大きく人生を描き理想の未来を目標に据えて仕事をしないと、人事をはじめとする「経営」をすることは難しい。
Unless we become aware of our own self-interest and increase our motivation, we will not be able to manage our classrooms and communities.People aren't that strong.If you don't envision your life in a big way and work with your ideal future in mind, it will be difficult to manage your business, including human resources.
·もちろん、基本は利他で良い。うちのスタッフは利他は十分だから、少し利己を追求させたいなと思った。
Of course, the basics are altruism.TASUC staff are altruistic enough, so I thought I'd like them to pursue some self-interest.
