体幹を鍛えて、正中線を保つ

ノルディックウオーキングが各地で行われた1日だった。ノルディックウオーキングは療育の一環であり、体幹を保つトレーニングとしては最良の手段だと思っている。実際、今日の国立教室MVPの「Aくん」の歩行姿勢は、最高に安定していて感動的だった。（ドジャースの帽子を進呈）
It was a day when Nordic walking was held in various places.I believe that Nordic walking is a part of thier medical education and is the best way to train to maintain thier core strength.In fact, the walking posture of today's Kunitachi classroom MVP, "A-kun," was extremely stable and impressive. 余計なことかもしれないが、日曜日家族活動は、立派な療育事業の一つだから忘れないでほしい。つまり療育だから、「体幹を鍛える」ことや「正中線を保つ」こと、「前の人に合わせたり、指示を聞いたりする社会性の学習」などの評価を正しく残してほしい。
This may seem redundant, but Sunday family activities are one of excellent form of rehabilitation, so don't forget them.In other words, since this is a treatment, I would like to be left correctly such as "strengthening the core", "maintaining the midline" and "learning social skills such as adapting to the person in front of you and listening to instructions".
家族から離れて、他者への模倣や指示理解を試す

最も難解なのは、家族会という名前から連想されるからか、家族だけで歩く、家族としか歩かない現象だ。特にお父さんがどうしても自分の子どもから離れられないので、鎌倉ではハッキリとお父さんの役割を示して手伝ってもらうカタチで子どもから離しているし、お母さんは後方支援であることも増えてきた。

ノルディックウオーキング家族会はれっきとした「療育事業」であり、家族から離れて、他者への模倣や指示理解を試す重要な地域の場面だと言うことを決して忘れないでほしい。
Never forget that the Nordic Walking Family Meeting is a genuine "rehabilitation project" and an important community setting where children are tested on imitating others and understanding instructions, away from their families.
さて、今年度から縁起物の熊手を購入しました。熊手は、11月の行事である酉の市（とりのいち）の縁起物として有名です。酉の市ははじめは農民が主体となって秋の収穫を祝うお祭りでしたが、やがて酉の市の「とり」が「取る」に通じて縁起がいいとして商人も願掛けする大きな例祭になりました。「商売繁盛！」という威勢の良い掛け声と共に、2024年が良い年になるように！
